right on.
I responded same, not least as a co-author with Colin. Indeed this gets
into all the over self-consciousness of those who actually DO think
that such as High Class lacrosse matters AS DISTINCTION. It may do to
them. We need, thebn, to unravel the much greater cultural complexity
of what sense others make of that [if they think it worth the bother].
Hence of course cultural distinciton may be more in the eye of the
self-observer.
