Subject: Gender and Translation at UEA Norwich
Date sent: Wed, 30 Jun 1999 14:08:26 +0100 (BST)
Priority: NORMAL
Dear colleagues,
unlikely though it seems, there MAY just be one
or two people out there who haven't heard about
the Gender and Translation conference at UEA,
Norwich, in December 1999. So, at the risk of
repetition and cross-posting (for which
apologies), here it is again.
NB - although the closing date for abstracts is
imminent and we have received a large number of
proposals (though, curiously, not many from
GermanistInnen!), our planning meeting is not
until next week so there is still *just* time
to rush us something if you wish! all good
wishes for the summer break, Jo Catling
