Dunno - doubt it personally - I get pretty good hit rates at 14G -
perhaps even better than I do at smaller gauges - havent really looked
at it - and I usually go big - but then again I dont delay at scene to
do it.
I think the smaller cannula is perhaps an excellent idea however - cos
it may restrict the amount of fluid given ;-)
I really am a bit concerned that fretting over cannula size is
distracting us from the more important issue of 'make like the shepherd'
