The LIC has published jointly with the Library Association Informing
Regional Development: how library and information services can help
Regional Development Agencies, an advocacy document that library and
information services can both use and adapt as appropriate when
approaching RDA Chief Executives. This document arises out of the LIS
and Regionalism seminar held at the LA on February 15th. The document

function of the British Library Research and Innovation Centre published
