-Keep in mind that any method you use will have significant value judgments
built into it that will probably discriminate against one group or another,
most likely against people with chronic conditions and the elderly, because
their "utilities" will be lower. Yet a number of studies show that quality
of life for the disabled and other such groups can be quite high. So the
conversion into utilities will not do them justice.
