I shall not dignify this with the sort of reply it deserves - in the interest of the group.
If anyone else wants to continue this thread in this manner then I (and I hope others) will simply
ignore it. Not in cowardice but for the sake of....
However if anyone wants to rationally debate what I do and how (without any insults) then my email
box is always open and I hardly ever sleep.
