Perhaps you would be kind enough to tell the group why www.osl-ltd.co.uk is
not recommended or even mentioned? This is despite three telephone calls
and twelve e-mails asking you to recommend the site.
Of course some people may already be aware that this site hosts five
discussion lists, includes two daily non-copyrighted comprehensions, one
economics essay/plan and has a wide range of reviews. People may not be
aware however that this site also offers FREE online tuition and the chance
to book me (humbly) to visit schools. 31 schools so far visited. All - with
not one exception - have been very pleased with the result. The money for
my visit i.e. the fee, goes to charity.
This site also included a listing of Easter Courses and I even personally
recommended one student to go to your own course when, as my own student, I
could quite easily have recommended she go on mine. I do note that an
independent questionnaire sent to your organisation asking about alcohol
etc on courses was not returned (whereas other colleges did fill in the
questionnaire)
This site www.osl-ltd.co.uk also has details of products but then so does
the G Riley site (excellent site as we all know) so that should not be a
reason to exclude it.
This site also has a set of downloadable revision notes for Business
Studies free to all visitors. Oh yes there are also school dedicated
buttons where homework is set for individual school pupils. This is then
supplemented by telephone tuition.
All this is free.
It is Business Studies and Economics.
I note that you have been advertising/mentioning that your site also has an
"Examiner" section. This site :
www.osl-ltd.co.uk
also has online "possible" matrking schemes and mocks for Cambridge
Business Studies (as a sampler, the rest have to be subscribed to).
The main person on this site (i.e. me) was recommended for the National
Award of "Teacher of the Year" by Clares Court School and the site itself
has been nominated for the Oxfordshire Business Awards.
This site also openly supports a charity : The Dystonia Society.
So...in view of the frequent attempts to get you to recommend it perhaps
you would explain why a) emails have not been replied to and more
importantly. b) why it as a FREE resource has not been at least if not
promoted, listed?
