Dear all,
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of any work
relating to the use of regional branding of foods within and outside of the
UK. I am looking for some details of the relative popularity/ uptake of the
'initiative' in countries outside of the UK (within the EC esp.) in the
recent, and present, time.
I'm interested to see what the relative uptake of the initiative/ idea is,
but am specifically interested to try to understand WHY it is and isn't
being used in particular locations/ areas and WHEN it has been used/ is
being used.
ANY information along these lines will be gratefully received.
