The wording of the licence is as follows, under the heading:
"Home or Portable Computers:
Where the software is physically or logically in permanent use on or for a
particular computer, any one person who is the predomionant user of that
computer may use one copy of the software on a home or portable computer
provided that copy is never in use at the same time as the original"
So this seems fairly clear to me - that undeer the above conditions you can
indeed have a copy installed twice.
