by Jacqueline Lipton - The article considers whether it is possible
for a financier to take any form of security, or 'quasi-security' over a
business' Internet domain name.
'Computer-Mediated Legal Argument: Towards new
Opportunities in Education' by Lodder and Verheij - the article
describes two protype systems (one using the verbal and the other,
the graphical approach to legal argumentation sytems) and
speculates on the possible uses of computer-mediated
legal argument in teaching argumentation skills
