I carried out an evaluation of the Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) in Oxford which included a literature review of the evidence. This is a LARGE word file (1.3MB). Requests to be emailed a copy should be sent to [log in to unmask]
There has also been a systematic review undertaken in this country by Julie Parkes and Jon Deeks at the Centre for Statistics in Medicine in Oxford, I believe, is organising its publication. (I haven't seen the results)
