Thanks very much for your prompt and excellent feedback. I too prefer
ISO8601DC
rather than
WTN8601
My hesitation in doing something like this earlier was to avoid appearing
to assert that DC "owned" this profile. With your W3C connections, do you
foresee any problem with our deeming this profile to be sufficiently DC-ish
in origin that the name ISO8601DC won't ruffle W3C feathers too much?

PS. Thanks for the alert on "/". I'll tweak the example of the real
ISO8601 date (using "/") so that it uses something more exotic.
