That's exactly right. The LANG attribute of the HTML 4.0 META tag
indicates what language the content of that metatag is written in.
The language of the resource described by this metadata is stored in the
DC.Language field:
For the *real* Imitatio Christi:
<META NAME="DC.Language" CONTENT="la">
For the english translation of Imitatio Christi (aka Imitation of
Christ):
<META NAME="DC.Language" CONTENT="en">
<META NAME="DC.Source" CONTENT="Imitatio Christi">
At which point the DC.Locator is essential.
