This is exactly correct, and I don't *think* anyone is disputing
this.
I think what is troubling some people is the notion that 1:1
principle seems to tell us to call the digitizer a dc:Creator, but that was
certainly not the intent.
The spirit of the principle is that the descriptors should assist in
the discovery of the resource, and there is no doubt that it is Ansel Adams,
and no one else, that is central to discovery here.
When in doubt, ask the question...What will USERS be looking for,
and put in metadata that serves that goal.
