HUMAN SCIENCE CONFERENCES
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I am pleased to announce the following conferences
this semester. They are open to all Human Sciences staff and
postgraduates.
I would be grateful if convenors of all Masters' courses would bring
them
to the attention of HS Masters' students.
......................................................................

Seventh European Workshop on Imagery and Cognition on 12-15 July at
Cumberland Lodge.

Organiser: John Richardson. [log in to unmask]

These conferences are fairly informal occasions, held about every two
years
in different European venues. There will be about 35 oral presentations

and about 15 posters. There is only limited accommodation at Cumberland

Lodge, and John is therefore not happy about people from Brunel coming
to
stay. However, he would be happy to have people from the Department
attending during the daytime (provided they pay for any meals
consumed and either they or the Department pay a modest fee in return -
probably about 30 pounds, more if you want to join a boat trip on the
Thames).
