Dear Roberto,
Italian "Politics, History, Current Affairs" are of course included, I
would even appreciate to see them more frequently discussed on this list.
By consequence a *scholarly* discussion of the *Italian* public or
political response to the current crisis in Kosovo would be perfectly
legitimate (and if anybody wishes to include the specific response of the
Italo-American community, this too would still be in accordance with the
purpose of this list). Nevertheless I have to stress that such a discussion
should be *scholarly* in style and content, that it should be strictly
related to *Italian* (or Italo-American) politics and culture, and that
this list is no appropriate forum for ventilating anti- or pro-American
(res-)sentiments.
