Dear Linda
Welcome to the UK. The Chartered Soc of Physiotherapy's address is 14
Bedford Row, London. WC1R 4ED. I suggest you hang fire on subscribing to a
course until you join the CSP.
Our journal has literally hundreds of courses listed and your biggest
problem will be choosing one from the many. I am the public relations
officer for ACPIM. The Association of Chartered Physios Interested in
Massage. For massage read soft tissue techniques eg traditional massage,
connective tissue massage, reflexology, trigger point pressure and
practically any other soft tissue procedure. When over contact me again if
you want to join. Hope this helps Regards Kevin.

Subject: Conferences/courses etc
I am a newcomer to this list. I am English, having trained at Kings
College. I've lived in Australia for 20+ years and have just started a
private practice.
I'm looking for a Conference (Chartered Society?) on general
physiotherapy or a specialist workshop/course in the second half of this
year on posture, muscular skeletal topics. I am particularly interested
in massage techniques , myofascial release etc.
I am also interested in joining the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy,
so any information about this would be welcome.
Thanks for any assistance.
Kind regards
Linda Watts
