Of course it depends what you are going to screen. If it is functional
problems accompanied by low back pain, a commonly applied questionnaire is
the Oswestry Low Back Pain Qustionnaire. The best articles publised on back
problem, according to my opinion, is published in the Spine. It should be
worth while to make a search on the database.
