'impairment' ... diminished, as in strength, value, or quality*
'disabled' ... deprived of capability or effectiveness, especially to
impair the physical abilities of.*
Neither one of those terms are adequate.....the way I see it.....I am not
disabled until society fails to accommodate me....either way (before and after
accommodation) I am differently abled.....Kathryn
