Paul, hello,
In a former life I trained as a Careers Adviser, at a time when psychometric
testing was the 'in thing'. I have dug through my notes and hope that my
limited success will at least provide another avenue for you to investigate.
Saville & Holdsworth commissioned a report into psychometric testing in
relation to 'special needs' clients. The authors were R. Clark and H.
Baron. Unfortunately I cannot provide you with a date, nor having read said
report can offer guidance as to its worth. However, I am lead to believe
that the Association of Disabled Professionals had some input, an
organisation in which I do have considerable faith.
The telephone no. for Saville & Holdsworth is 0181-398-4170.
I would be most interested in the outcome of your search.
