You're likely to receive a number of good references from this list
but I will recommend Miles and Huberman's, Qualitative Data Analysis,
2nd edition (1994), Sage Publications. They give some good practical
advice about coding and overall analysis procedures, and even provide
a formula for calculating inter-coder reliability.
