I too get restless leg syndrome. They don't jump, but they feel, down in the
core, that they need to move. However, even if I wiggle them, go for a walk,
exercise, anything, it doesn't change.
A co-worker of mine (PT, DC, in 3-year nutrition program) recently learned
that restless leg is supposedly a folic acid deficiency. I don't know if it's
true, or if it works, but I just started taking it hoping it helps.
