Program:
The two day program will consist mainly of plenary sessions. The
topics may vary over the broad field of environmental and resource
economics. Contributions adressing the issues of the economics of
water, environmental regulations and mechanism design, tourism and the
environment, and adaption and diffusion of environmental friendly
technology are particulary welcome.

Call for Papers:
Those who are interested in presenting a paper should mail three
copies of a two page abstract, or a paper if available, together with
their E-mail address to Seminar Secretariat, before March 31, 1999. An
electronic submission of the abstract or paper is not accepted.
Notification of acceptance or rejection of the paper for presentation
at the seminar will be sent out by E- mail before April 15,1999. For
any question or further information we will be glad to assist. Please
