CMLR's value has been eroded by the ECJ's improved performance in
publishing opinions and judgments quickly on its web site; however it
also carries material from other courts concerning European law, eg
Factortame "5" (English Court of Appeal) which may be harder to track
down. The Antitrust reports are still heavily used by our competition
lawyers although, again, DG IV's web site is often more complete.
