Research grants for comparative social research are available
within the Training and Mobility of Researchers (TMR) Programme -
Large Scale Facilities (LSF) Activity of the European Union
Funds of the European Union are
available for supporting access to Large Scale Facilities in the
Social Sciences at the University of Cologne (ZA-EUROLAB),
University of Essex (ECASS), University of Bergen (NSDaccess),

The Large Scale Facility located at the Central Archive for Empirical
Social Research (ZA) at the University of Cologne, Germany, is a
resource and competence centre in comparative social research. It
invites researchers to work with comparative data sets, participate
in training seminars in social science methods and being trained in
data management and archiving in the research environment of the
ZA. Over 50 researchers and research groups have been hosted by
the ZA-EUROLAB within the TMR-LSF programme so far.
