That sounds like a good start - lumbar stability exercises wouldn't go
astray either as we know the transverse abdominis is related to the pelvic
floor during contraction.
I would also start back care education with an emphasis on posture and
strengthening the quads and glutes to make squatting easier when she has to
get down onto the floor for all those things mothers do.
It is never too early to start and after all, giving birth is not a
disability.
