Oxford Policy Management provides high-quality advice, training and
management services to organisations involved in policy reform. We work
in more than 40 countries to support the process of change, particularly
in the public sector. We are now inviting applications to fill two
senior core posts in our rapidly expanding Social Policy Programme.
OPM is recruiting two Senior Economists specialising in health or
education policy management. Senior Economists in OPM have at least 10
years international consulting experience and an established reputation
in their field. They develop and manage a portfolio of projects and
take responsibility for the work of junior staff and consultants. They
are able to win competitive international contracts and manage complex,
multi-disciplinary projects.
Applicants should have a higher degree in health economics or a related
discipline and an established portfolio of completed consultancy work
and/or research in health policy reform and management world-wide. The
successful candidate will take responsibility for OPM's portfolio of
health policy and reform projects.

reputation in providing influential, high quality policy services, write
or e-mail an application to Roger Hay, stating the post for which you
are applying and enclosing your curriculum vitae. Terms and conditions
are competitive according to background and experience. Applications
close on 7 February 1999. OPM is also interested in hearing from
people interested in undertaking both short and long term consultancy
work in different aspects of social policy. Oxford Policy Management is
an equal opportunities employer.
