London. This first-ever conference on the research strategies and
implications of a qualitative computing package is an IOE initiative,

Title: Strategies in Qualitative Research : QSR NUD*IST software and
methodological issues
Where: The Institute of Education, University of London, Jeffery Hall
When: Wednesday 24 February 1999
Goals are to discuss methodology, share experience, develop research
strategies, to report and critique the software's use in projects (and
its effects on methods), consider teaching and supervision issues, and
to discuss future directions. A special feature will be practical
demonstrations of NUD*IST and linked software.
Fee (includes lunch): £90 Student rate: £45
Paper/poster presenters pay a reduced fee of £60 (£30 for students).
Extra space has been reserved for late poster submissions.
