Code-A-Text provides all those features, plus the ability to enter times
spent silent into the transcript and write the length of a segment as a code.
It dosnt (yet) have the audio editing features you would like but there is
a whole generation of relatively inexpensive audio editors which can do the
manipulation.
Only one problem. No Mac version.
