The one-way link would work fine if some form of signature was involved.
Otherwise what's to stop Dodgey Bros. Suspect Metadata Corp. using DC to spam
people's results with their advertisments, by claiming in their Dublin Core
metadata that every advertisment has x, y and z DC.Subject values, and the author
is "Stu Wiebel", whose metadata is usually highly trusted?
Just one of those things to think about if you're going to start trusting
Metadata based on author or source...
