I have just looked at the Admin Core draft document for the first time.
I question why new elements have been created, such as creatorpersonal,
instead of starting with a DC simple and qualifying it so that it
reflects the needs of the "Admin Core". So, instead of creatorpersonal,
why not use DC:Creator, with the subelement ADMIN:Type? Is there any
good reason why the Admin Core should not be built upon the Dublin Core?
Seems like a prime opportunity for DC to show its extensibility.....
