Dear Carol
Firstly thanks for the reference regarding Joyce Williams. I believe your
observations that each therapist should be allowed to spend the time they
feel is appropriate, is wholly correct.
1 Supraspinatus tendoniis - my view, often a pathological consequence of
poor shoulder girdle movement and function. Effective longterm treatment can
only be acheived by it's correction and not pathology symptom relief.
2 I am sure this will cause a storm but I researched adhesive capsulitis
once and found no scientific evidence of it's existance, other than Cyriax's
inttospection. I would love to be corrected by research evidence. ?
Stretches work because of, crude ant, pectoralis, amongst others stretches,
Question If the foulds are inferior why is this the only ligamentous
material, to my knowledge, that refers pain but rarely gives it at it's
origin?.
i know I'm going to get slated for this one Regards Kevin.
