Robbie I have one from Cardiacare. I don't feel that they are as accurate,
and the position of the wrist is very important. However, thay are useful
as they are quick and indicate the trend of BP. In addittion, either on
their own, or with an oximeter thay give an accurate HR. Over all a useful
bit of kit when used in context with other obs
