A problem I am working on for our new model. I think we have to accept
that they will be modified - the trick will be controlling the level of
modification. What I hope to have is pages built using SSI - these will
hold essantial coproate elements of the design. I will also have a
standard template - but with information on how it can be modified. I
also accept that for this to really work, we will have to be prepared to
take on the task of preparing templates, graphics etc. for other
departments.
