It appears that there is a conceptual difference emerging between Web Editor, the
HTML hacker responsible for creating/formatting content, and Web Manager,
responsible for running the server, managing file structures, etc. There's an
increasing role, too, for Web Programmer, doing CGI, database integration etc.
Somewhere in the scheme of things there should be a Higher Power, keeping an eye
on all the balls.
The post of Web Manager or, in my case, Web Co-ordinator, is a moveable feast
where no-one wants to do the washing up.
