Moving away slightly from the website issue...
If business addresses/phone numbers are the property of the
employer: is it the case that, in requesting consent to use
names and business addresses/phone numbers on mailing lists etc, it
is only legally necessary to gain the consent of the employer (rather
than that of every individual employee)?
