Hi
Here's a copy of my original answer:
Yes is the simple answer - there is an example at:
http://www.le.ac.uk/castle/world.html#5
It is worth noting that the CASTLE toolkit is available as a free
download to enable you to install it on a local server. Version 2,
which has a proper management interface with the ability to track
users and download results in various formats is being piloted now.
In addition, I know that the project has recently been awarded
continuation funding to develop this particular feature.
It is also worth noting that CASTLE requires no knowledge of HTML -
it is entirely text-based, so is attractive to people who want to get
going now.....
My links to CASTLE are tenuous - I used to work with the project
team, but have now moved on, so don't feel that this is
advertising..:)
