Please quote reference: B5986GU
Working within the School of Engineering, you will join a team of
maritime lecturers at a leading centre for maritime studies. You will
contribute to teaching, short course design, liaison with industry,
research academic and student administration. Subject areas of primary
importance are commercial practice, international transport, mercantile
law and trade economics. Applications are invited from those with
appropriate academic qualifications and experience. The position is
likely to suit a fairly recent graduate willing and able to devote time
and effort to developing these subjects in this important area of the
School's activities. This International Maritime Centre has a strong
association with shipping in both commercial and operational areas which
we wish to expand and develop into new and exciting spheres. You will
play a pivotal role in these developments.
