We have deliberately not considered backwards compatibility with SPM99
(to ensure minimal contraints on optimal implementation and
development). We do indeed keep all versions of SPM and store our
original data so that any analysis can be reproduced if necessary.
However, we encourage people to use the latest routines availble and to
use SPM99. If one wishes to re-analyze ones data then there can only
be two motivations (i) to test a new hypothesis or (ii) add more
subjects. In both cases a complete re-analysis within SPM99 is
justified.
