The thresholding and reporting crtieria for SPMs are identical
irrespective of the original modality of the data. If you know where
to look use uncorrected p values. If you do not then use a correction
for the search volume. The profile of neuroreceptor binding has [should
have] no effect on the SPM or its thresholding. For PET we generally
use a threshold of p=0.001 (u = 3.01) for display and tabulate maxima
that survive correction (unless we had specific predictions e.g. the
caudate in which case a threshold of 2.58 would be suitable for
display).
