Hello Listmembers,
Im trying to use SPM in what is probably an unorthodox manner:
To determine mappings between interpolated CSD-profiles from
different stimulus sites in the cortex (format
(time,cortical_depth,CSD)).
For this I would use the normalization feature of SPM, choosing a
profile for reference and then "normalize" other profiles to it,
to get a space/time relationship between them.
I would like to look at some sort of deformation field (like
shown in the SPM-notes), - but when I try the normalization it
jumps straight to an affine transformation and does not give me
any choices for non-linear spatial normalization.
Has anyone tried something similar before ??
Sincerely,
Jonas
