My free MRIcro software displays Analyze (SPM) format images on Windows
computers. Some features of the current version (1.21) include:
-Check registration of two _OR_MORE_ images, using yoked views
-Views/prints Analyze and DICOM images
-Converts Analyze <-> DICOM
-Save views to JPeG, BMP, TIFF, PNG graphic formats
-Transverse, sagittal, coronal and projection views
-Mark Region of interest (ROI)
-Get ROI volume, intensity
-Overlay multiple ROIs (find mutual overlap)
-Convert ROI to SPM99 object mask
-Display overlapping slices
-Create header for raw data images
-Full view of header information (mark AC, anonymize private details, etc)
-Up and downsample images (downsampling can use viewer defined contrast
settings to optimize the image range)
Features especially useful for SPM96 users:
-Convert Big<->little endian
Features especially useful for SPMwin users:
-Can rotate and crop images (e.g. convert coronal image to axial)
