Dear All,
This email does not refer to SPM, but to my little utility, vol_corr, to
implement small volume correction in SPM96, found at:
ftp://ftp.physiol.ox.ac.uk/pub/matthew.brett/Corr_p
I'm afraid I have recently found two nasty little bugs in the part of this
utility that calculates corrections from images. My humble apologies for
this. If anyone has used the corrections derived from
images, then I would strongly suggest that they check them again with the
fixed code, at the above address.
The only changed routine is mat_vstats.c (compiled versions for Sun and
Windows provided). The corr_p.tar.gz archive contains the fixed versions
of these files also.
The corrections for boxes defining volumes of interest are correct, and
do not need to be checked.
I have now comprehensively cross-checked the amended code against similar
routines in spm99b, and am confident the current vol_corr code is doing what
was intended.
Humble apologies once more,
Matthew
