I used nearest neighbour interpolation to resample the blobs rather than
bi-linear in order to prevent the dark rim that appears around the edge
of the blobs when you interpolate between the intensities of the voxels
wthin the blob, and the voxels of intensity zero outside the blobs.
You can see what I mean if you edit line 81 of spm_transverse.m, and set
hld = 1;
rather than:
hld = 0;
The fix for displaying blobs on the orthogonal sections using tri-linear
interpolation involves editing lines 654, 655 and 656 of spm_orthviews.m
so that they say:
tmpt = spm_slice_vol(vol,inv(TM0*(st.Space\M)),TD,1)';
tmpc = spm_slice_vol(vol,inv(CM0*(st.Space\M)),CD,1)';
tmps = spm_slice_vol(vol,inv(SM0*(st.Space\M)),SD,1)';
