Dear All,
When normalising images I occasionally get an error message saying "matrix
is close to singular or badly scaled, results may be inaccurate". However
the normalised images look fine and segment accurately. Is there any way of
checking which images this message refers to, and should these images be
dropped even if they normalise and segment correctly?
Many thanks
Xavier
