Dear Karl and colleagues,
For a group analysis of 5 subjects (2 fMRI session for each), I tried the
conjunction analysis
that was suggested on the SPM list (Cathy Price). I did a single subject
fMRI design with
fixed effect model and did conjunction analysis on the resultsing SPM maps
(i.e., an across
subject conjucntion).
In the upper right columns in Fig 2 and 4 in the paper,
'Friston KJ, Holmes AP, Price CJ, Buechel C, Worsley KJ
"Multi-subject fMRI studies and conjunction analyses",
the subject specific effects are included in the right columns in design
matrix,
but when I did the same analysis in SPM 97 (I believe) these columns are
missing
in the design matrix.
Is there any difference between the conventional conjunction analysis in SPM 97
and the method noted in the paper?
If so, how could I do the same analysis in the paper?
