In my analysis with spm96ER, I have used the epoch-fMRI option using
the box-car, assuming that this analysis would be exactly the same as using
spm96 with the box-car. Your answer suggests that the differences between my
analyses with spm96 and spm96ER are caused by the difference in box-car used
and not by the global normalisation procedure. I would like to re-analyse
the data with spm96ER and use the additional tweaking.
Could you please explain what the difference in box-cars in spm96
and spm96ER exactly is and how I could apply this tweaking?
Thank you for your help,
Serge.
