Dear Dr. Darren R. Gitelman,
Thank you for your kindness.

I am very sorry to mistake on typing, causing confusion.
The file SPMt.mat is NOT generated as far as I searched on Unix Shell.

This problem happens even on a group comparison between patients with some
disease and normal
controls which was previously analysed to have statistical difference
(genarating SPMt.mat).
SPMF.mat is surely generated every time I run this statistics.

SPM96 does not crash nor stop running. I can select directories on SPMget
window, but
SPMt.mat has not been generated. SPM96 can be normally quitted by 'QUIT'
button after this error.
I think that there may be a trouble on a .cshrc setting or permission of
directories. Is there something
particular on setting (or re-setting) SPM96 on SGI Indigo2 (with Matlab4.2c)?
I appreciate your kind cooperation.
Sincerely,
Setsu Sakamoto
