Dear SPM:
I'm sure I'm doing something silly but I am going mad in setting up a
t-test. Please help.
I want to do a random effects analysis of an fmri study with 2 conditions.
I wrote out the t-contrast images for each subject [1 0] and [0 1]. I then
tried to enter these images in a paired t-test. When asked for the
conditons I entered 1 2 1 2 ....
But this ends up with an inestimable model. Clearly the condition
covariates are correlated but I cannot figure out how to set this up so
they're not.
thanks,
Darren
