Hi all,
Could someone explain the differences between the 'no specific fit',
'condition-specific', and 'subject-specific' fit options for covariates in
SPM96. I can't seem to find any documentation on these options.
I particularly would like to understand the advantages and disadvantages for
these 3 options in the following types of studies.
1) PET-FDG - 10 subjects, 2 scans per subject, 1 condition per scan, 1
covariate obtained during each scan
2) PET-O15 - 10 subjects, 8 scans per subject, 4 conditions, 1 covariate
obtained during each scan
3) PET-015 - 10 subjects, 8 scans per subject, 4 conditions, 1 covariate
obtained for each condition
3) fMRI - 1 subject, 60 scans, 3 conditions, 1 covariate obtained during
each scan
4) fMRI - 1 subject, 60 scans, 3 conditions, 1 covariate obtained during each
condition.
Thanks.
